By accessing ScanLoop, a product of Backrun Technologies LLC, you agree to these Terms. If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
ScanLoop is designed exclusively for business organizations, not individual personal use. Each subscription is tied to one organization. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Global customers pay via Stripe (automatic renewal). Pakistani customers use manual bank transfer with 24-hour manual verification. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may not use ScanLoop to send unsolicited email (spam), collect personal data without consent, violate data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, PECA), impersonate others, or conduct unlawful activities. AI-generated email drafts must be reviewed before sending. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
You remain the data controller for all lead personal data. Backrun Technologies LLC acts as a data processor. Business card images and contact data are processed by OpenAI's API for OCR and email generation. OpenAI's data processing agreement applies to that processing.
ScanLoop, its branding, and underlying software are owned by Backrun Technologies LLC. You retain all rights to your organization's data.
Backrun Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal use. You may cancel anytime from your billing settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes will be resolved in Albuquerque, NM courts.
